General Questions

  • We design women-only, small group adventures that go deeper – connecting with local culture, supporting women-led businesses, and creating unforgettable moments with an inspiring community of travelers. Our intention is that every journey leaves you feeling inspired, your soul filled, and your heart full of laughter and new friendships.

  • Our journeys are for curious, open-hearted women of all backgrounds – usually 30+, though age is just a number. Whether you’re seasoned or new to solo travel, you’ll be welcomed with open arms. One of our biggest goals? That you come home with your soul filled, your spirit lifted, and your heart full of laughter, connection, and unforgettable friendships.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to book with a friend, and if you’d like to share a room, we’ll make sure you’re paired. Traveling solo? We’ll match you with someone great, or you can request a private room if available.

Payment

  • A 50% deposit secures your spot. You’ll have a 48-hour grace period to receive a full refund. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

    Final payments are due approximately 90 days prior to departure – exact dates are listed on the registration form and may vary depending on the destination and itinerary.

    Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable unless a suitable replacement is found. If so, a $500 transfer fee applies to cover the costs of changes and bookings already in place.

  • Yes – and we’re committed to working with you. If a payment plan makes travel more accessible, just reach out. We’ll create a plan that works for you. It’s part of our personal promise to make these experiences possible for as many women as we can.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to book with a friend, and if you’d like to share a room, we’ll make sure you’re paired. Traveling solo? We’ll match you with someone great, or you can request a private room if available.

  • We understand that plans can sometimes change! You have 48 hours from the time of payment to request a full refund. After this period, deposits become non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend and find a suitable alternative prior to 90 days before departure, we’ll work with you to make the change for a $500 change fee.

Travel & Logistics

  • International flights are not included, but we’ll provide recommended flight windows and arrival/departure times. Need help? We can connect you with trusted travel agents.

  • Transfers vary by trip. For group departures, they’re often included. When not included, we’ll provide clear steps and safe, vetted options to book on your own – so you feel confident and cared for from the moment you land.

  • Yes, travel insurance is required. It’s an important part of responsible travel and protects you in case of unexpected changes. We can recommend trusted providers.

Accommodations & Meals

  • When possible we stay in beautiful, comfortable, locally owned accommodations – often women-led – with charm and soul. Think boutique guesthouses, eco-lodges, and unique stays that reflect the heart of the place.

  • Yes! Most trips offer private room upgrades for an additional fee. If you’re happy to share, we’ll pair you with a fellow traveler or bring a friend.

  • Each itinerary provides specific details, but most meals are included. Breakfasts are always included, and we’ll often share local, women-led restaurants for other meals. When meals are on your own, we’ll guide you to the best spots in town.

Safety & Community

  • Your safety is our top priority. We work with trusted local guides, monitor travel conditions, and ensure you always have support throughout your journey.

  • Absolutely. Let us know your needs in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you with care and intention.

  • We keep our groups intimate – usually 8 to 10 women – to foster real connection, flexibility, and space for spontaneous fun (think: shared belly laughs on the road and friendships that last well beyond the trip).

Itinerary Flexibility

  • We thoughtfully design each itinerary and changes will always be an improvement based on discoveries and timing– AND during the trip we leave room for the unexpected joy. A village celebration, a pop-up market, a local grandmother inviting us in for tea – yes, please. We follow the plan, but let life sprinkle in its surprises. That’s often where the magic happens.
